The beta version of myHana+®, an all-inclusive platform designed to simplify caregiving with advanced solutions like Education Plus, Document Storage, and Care Management. In order to participate in our beta program, you must meet the following requirements. These are necessary to ensure that you have the best experience possible and that we gain valuable insights to continue improving our platform.
Beta Participant Requirements

- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
Technological Requirements
- You must have access to an internet-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, or PC).
- Your device should be updated with the latest OS version, and your web browser must be up to date.
- A strong, stable internet connection is necessary for seamless use of the platform.
Experience and Knowledge
- You must be currently involved in caregiving, either as a professional caregiver, a family caregiver, or a health care provider.
- Knowledge of basic internet and computer operations is necessary.
Time Commitment
- Beta participants must commit to actively using the myHana+® platform for the duration of the beta period, approximately one year.
- Participants should provide regular feedback, including identifying bugs, usability issues, and providing suggestions for improvements.
Confidentiality
- As a participant, you agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the features and details of the beta version of myHana+®.
- You should not disclose any information related to myHana+® to third parties without explicit permission from myHana.
Consent to Data Collection
- You agree that myHana® may collect and use technical and related information, including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals, that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services related to myHana+.

Participant Responsibilities:
Report any bugs or issues promptly to the myHana® team, via a private space within the community.
Provide constructive feedback on the usability, functionality, and overall experience of using myHana+®.
As a participant, you agree to maintain confidentiality regarding the proprietary aspects of the myHana+® platform, such as its design, backend infrastructure, and undisclosed features. You should not disclose any proprietary information related to myHana+® to third parties without explicit permission from myHana.
However, we understand the importance of sharing your experiences and insights about our platform with your network. Therefore, sharing about the features and your user experience via your social media channels is acceptable and encouraged, as long as it does not reveal any proprietary or confidential information.
